Sefako
Technical Support cc was created by Phillip Pooe in 1996 working
part-time. He is an experienced entrepreneur who started his own company
performing draughting services in the architectural, civil, structural
and mechanical fields.
Before starting his business he was employed by Samancor Meyerton now called BHP Billiton in the drawing office from 1990 to 1999, where he gained skills and experience on Architectural and Civil Draughting. He continued studying Draughting and Designing with Academy of Draughting from 1996 to 1999 where he qualified as Architectural and Civil Draughtsman. He received his Business Training from BSSA (Business Skills for South Africa). Sefako Technical
Support cc was registered as a closed Corporation (cc) in 1999.
Company membership of the Close Corporation is 100% Black owned
(BBBEE) Level 3 contributor
and Phillip is an Accredited member of The
South African Council for the Architectural Professionals. In February 2002 He was approached by Civil Eng Company with the sole intention to form a Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment as Partner. As
a result of the new formation and creation of the new Joint Venture,
a New Business Entity was called and registered as M-Project
and Phillip was the Lead and Head of the new Construction Strategic
Business Unit. In August 2009 Phillip left M-Project
and then carried on with Sefako
